Refund Policy

Torque is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. This policy applies to all of them.

If it doesn't work

If the product doesn't work on your system and we can't resolve the issue through support, we'll issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Contact media@greggeel.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time - cancellation stops all future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time. If you started a free trial, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.

Lifetime purchases

A Lifetime purchase is one-time and includes access to the version you purchased plus all updates within that major version.

General

Refunds are not available for change of mind, creative preference, or after the 14-day window. Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole - individual products cannot be refunded separately.
